Ms. Makkia Al Hajri of Public Parks and Horticulture Department was awarded this for her distinguished efforts in designing , executing and operating the Children City project which was recognized as the best educational and entertainment project targetting children between the age 2 – 15 years in the Gulf and the MENA region .
